Questions therapists ask before signing up.
Licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, MD, and equivalent state credentials) who facilitate or co-facilitate a group. We verify license numbers against state board records before listings go live. Pre-licensed clinicians can list groups that are supervised by a licensed clinician of record.
During onboarding you'll provide your license number and state. We check the relevant state board database before publishing your listing — typically within one business day. There's no charge for verification.
Clients can submit a structured inquiry directly from your listing — including answers to any custom intake questions you've added. Inquiries go straight to your inbox; we don't sit between you and the client. You can also display your practice phone and website if you prefer.
On the Free tier you can publish one group at a time — enough for most solo practitioners. Practices running multiple groups can request the Premium tier, which removes the limit and adds analytics, featured placement, and priority review.
About 12 minutes end-to-end: 2 minutes for the account, 10 minutes for the practice and group profile. You can save drafts and finish later — nothing publishes until you submit it for review.
Yes. You can update group details, schedule, cost, and intake questions at any time. Substantive changes (modality, format, location) trigger a quick re-review; small edits go live immediately.
Practice and group information is public — that's the point. Personal data (your account email, license number) is private and never shared. Client inquiries are forwarded to you and stored briefly for your access; we never sell or share inquiry data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
