About this group

In our group therapy sessions, parents experiencing similar challenges unite within a secure and nurturing space. Fostering the exchange of experiences, insights, and effective parenting methods. Addressing common concerns, these sessions bolster parenting skills and cultivate wholesome family dynamics. You will gain Support & Unity, Collective Learning and expertise, Skill Enhancement, and Self-Discovery. Schedule: Every other Mon 5 P.M. - 6:30 P.M. Cost: $20-$30 Facilitator: Nikita Richardson
