Interpersonal Process Group

This weekly, all gender, interpersonal process group is designed for individuals who want to work on communication, connection, empathy, and other important dynamics in interpersonal relationships. The group provides a laboratory where participants can try new behaviors and ways of interacting. Being able to witness others work in a therapeutic context can offer the opportunity for group members to learn through observation and to reflect on their own therapy work. The group becomes a unique environment where participants can learn more openly about how others deal with issues such as stress, family relationships, parenting, love, sex, loss, depression and anxiety. Schedule: THURSDAYS : 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm Cost: $225 / Initial Assessment
