Young Adult Grief Group in Philadelphia

This is a process group specifically for young adults who have experienced the death of a parent and are looking for a space to process the often complicated feelings that come with grief. Members share, listen, and provide feedback to one another. The group helps participants gain new insights and perspectives for approaching their grief, challenge expectations about what grief should look like, and navigate unexpected grief moments in a judgment-free space. Schedule: Meetings are approximately 90 minutes, 6-7:30pm, every other Thursday in our Philadelphia location, 1818 Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia, PA 19103 Cost: $50 per group session
