Social Skills Training Groups for Children

Our social skills groups for children ages 3-24 are matched by age, gender and issues. Specific areas addressed are making and keeping friends, picking up on social cues, conversation skills, good sportsmanship, emotion management, anger control, assertive and problem solving skills, personal responsibility taking, bullying, and reputation rebuilding. We develop individualized goals for each child/adolescent and get parent feedback on progress and problems weekly. Children graduate from group when they have accomplished their goals. We offer basic, advanced, and community adventure groups. If behavior problems or school difficulties exist, a positive behavior plan is developed to address these issues. Schedule: Every Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat 3 P.M. - 6 P.M. Cost: $70-$80 Facilitator: Holly Fedro
