Overcoming Childhood Emotional Neglect Process Group

This group helps participants discover and understand parenting styles that lead to emotional neglect, identify impacts in adult life on sense of self and relationships, and heal from childhood emotional neglect. The group teaches self-care, self-compassion, and how to end generational cycles. The group is open for two weeks, then closed for 10 weeks with a cap of 10 members. Schedule: Tuesday's 6pm-7:30pm CT starts September 24, 2024; Friday's 12pm-1:30pm CT starts September 27, 2024 Cost: $50 per session
