Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) - Alcohol & Drug Rehab

Nova's San Antonio IOP provides comprehensive addiction treatment through individual counseling, group counseling sessions, educational lectures on alcohol and drug addiction, experiential therapy in outdoor and creative settings, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), 12-step facilitation therapy, and contingency management. The program lasts approximately 8 weeks and emphasizes developing peer support communities, maintaining accountability to sobriety, gaining important life skills, and learning healthy coping strategies for managing emotions and triggers. Schedule: Three times a week, available in afternoon and evening sessions
